The Combat-Oriented Party Unveiled
Episode 3 finished on a major cliffhanger and introduced the premier party of adventurers who will split off from the main group to embark on their separate journey, apart from the remaining groups.
This warrior group includes the determined fighter (brought to life by the voice actor), the nimble rogue (Laura), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).
Why Split the Party?
With a large ensemble, it was evident from the beginning that keeping everyone at one table would be unfeasible.
That’s why, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, intertwining the individual narratives before splitting into three smaller tables: Warriors, Schemers, and Questers.
Characteristics of the Combat Party
Per the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for adventurers who prefer a typically action-packed battle-oriented story mode where peaceful solutions are few and far between.
At first glance, figures such as the reluctant priest the cleric might look mismatched, but the events of episode 3 show why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the combat party.
Motivations for Departure
For one thing, the group knows exactly where to head next after a intense initial meeting with the antagonists.
An old friend of the deceased character—whose demise initiated the campaign’s events—manipulated the foes for his personal gain, breaking into the secret base, striking the character, and taking all the powerful objects to auction.
Casimir then paid off his debts and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, above the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

- The knowledgeable figure is familiar with the northern area and warns that it is a dangerous location.
- Tyranny and Wicander, having resisted his family’s wishes to eliminate Teor and instead saved him, have no safe haven.
- Yet, their status as prominent individuals in the influential clan could enable the party access locations they usually can’t.
- Moreover, The fighter pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his deliverance and will now follow him everywhere.
